Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship internationally unless your shipping address is in the following countries due to restrictions:  Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Republic of South Sudan, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen.
 

How much will the shipping cost?

Orders for delivery within Singapore is free.

International shipping is free for orders over USD 300.

For orders below USD 300, the cost of international shipping will appear on your shopping cart.

When will I receive my orders?

Orders will be processed on the first business day following payment confirmation. We will ship your orders within 2 business days. You should receive your orders within 3-5 business days, or 5-7 working days after you have placed your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us confirming your tracking number. You can also find your tracking number by viewing your orders in your account.

For deliveries within Singapore, you can go to the Singpost website and key in your tracking number to track the progress of your orders.

For international deliveries, we will provide a link to the UPS website to track the progress of your shipment.

Do I need to sign for my order?

To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require that you provide a signature as proof of delivery for all orders.

Who is responsible for paying customs duties/taxes?

You are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes due for importing your purchases.
