Return Policy

Exchanges 

We allow size exchanges for our merchandise, except for sale items, accessories and intimates.

Kindly note that exchanges are based on stock availability. Exchanges will be provided for on item(s) in their original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and purchased directly from us. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged. Exchanges for articles which do not meet all these conditions will be declined.

In order to exchange your item:

    1. An email request for exchange must be done within five working days of receiving the item.

    2. Item(s) must be mailed back to us within 10 business days (for local orders) or 20 business days (for international orders).

      For local orders, you may return items to one of our shops, but only with our acknowledgement after you have emailed us and we have agreed which outlet you will return the items to.

    3. If the stock is available, we will send the item to you once the returned item(s) are received and confirmed by us. If the stock is unavailable, we will issue an online or store credit upon receipt of the returned item(s). Kindly note that online or store credits are valid for 1 month upon date of issue. 
 
Please note: all shipping fees to be borne by the customer and the customer has to mail out the exchanged item(s) via a trackable mode of delivery.

Exchanges are not valid if the parcel is not received by us. SAT is not liable for any lost mail via normal postage.

Returns

SAT understands the importance of being satisfied with your purchase. Returns are valid for our merchandise, except for intimates and accessories. Items under sale are not valid for returns.

Returns will be provided for item(s) in their original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and purchased directly from us. All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged. Return for articles which do not meet all these conditions will be declined.

Kindly refer to the below steps to facilitate the return process:

  1. An email request for exchange must be done within five working days of receiving the item.

  2. Item(s) must be mailed back to us within 10 business days (for local orders) or 20 business days (for international orders).

    For local orders, you may return the items to one of our shops, but only with our acknowledgement after you have emailed us and we have agreed which outlet you will return the items to.

  3. We will arrange a store credit for you upon receipt of the returned item(s). Kindly note that online or store credits are valid for 1 month upon date of issue. We do not allow refunds for any item returns, under any circumstances.

Defective/Incorrect Item

Kindly note that an item is defective if there is a manufacturing fault or if the item is vastly different from how it is portrayed in our website. Due to differing device settings, there may be a slight discrepancy in colour/print in the photo and the item received, please note that this will not qualify as a defective item.

If it is a valid defect, we truly apologise for this oversight and will rectify this.
Please email us 1-2 photos of the defect or incorrect item and 1-2 photos of the product with original tags attached, stating your name, order number and description of the defect.
