To keep your jewellery looking new avoid direct contact with water & moisture (do not store it in the bathroom), chemicals i.e. perfume, body lotions etc. When you're not wearing your jewellery, ensure it is stored individually in a protective pouch to avoid scratches to the plating. We also suggest you regularly wipe your jewellery with a clean cloth to remove any moisture or natural oils from your skin.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds & Store Credit:
We do not offer refunds—only store credit.
