What Payment Methods do you accept?

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to Hong Kong and Malaysia. Please see our shipping and delivery section for more information on costs and delivery time.
Please note that all customs and duties taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or cancel my  order?
Should you wish to change your order after your payment a has been processed, please call us at +65 6887 4461 and we will try our best to accommodate your request. There maybe some instances where we are unable to modify your order. We are unable to cancel orders after they have been dispatched.

How will I know if my item has been shipped?
When your item has been dispatched we will send you an email notification as well as a tracking number for you to track your item.

I've received my order but I’m not happy with it.
You can return your item if you are not satisfied and we can issue you with a credit note to use within three months we do not do cash refunds.

What if I find a fault in the garment I've received?
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us to discuss your options for repair, replacement or refund, subject to the conditions of a Refund and Exchange Policy.

What size are your models wearing? 
All our models are a AU/UK Size 8. If the item runs small or large we will let you know in the product description.

What if the Item I want to order is out of stock ?
Please contact us and we can let you know if we are restocking or if we can order the item in for you.

Is my personal information kept private?
Yes all your personal data is kept private. We don’t release any data to any third parties. The data is used for exclusive offers and promotions only for Shopping at Tiffanys customers.
